Our Process | Step 1

Initial scoping meeting

We partner with you early on, engaging key stakeholders to understand your specific needs and current carbon/energy reduction progress. We require at least 12 months of energy usage data and an overview of key carbon emissions to proceed effectively.

Step 2

Detailed site survey

The initial site survey is designed to identify technologies that will yield the highest carbon/energy savings and shortest payback periods. At this stage, we summarise medium and long-term projects and discuss the optimal order for implementing a variety of improvements.

Step 3

Data analysis and system design

Our team will review all survey and energy consumption data and recommend carbon / energy saving improvements. This could be a simple stand-alone system or involve several technologies as part of a wider decarbonisation project.

Step 4

Detailed commercial proposal

We create a comprehensive but clear commercial proposal and broader carbon reduction strategy. Based on current energy consumption, and carbon footprint the proposal provides a financial summary including annual and lifetime energy savins, carbon reduction and payback periods.

Step 5

Review of funding options

As part of the overall commercial discussions we review potential funding opportunities.

Step 6

Dedicated project management

Once recommendations are accepted, we appoint a dedicated project manager that will work with you throughout the project to coordinate delivery on time and in budget.
